Sheraton Mirage Resort & Spa has a strict no party policy that is enforced by our security department. Management do not tolerate any parties on the premises without prior consent from the General Manager. The Resort requires the registered occupants to be 18 years of age at time of check-in. Only registered guests and maximum allowable occupants will be granted access to rooms and villas. Due to licensing laws, excessive levels of alcohol are prohibited from being brought onto the premises. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. At the discretion of management, charges will apply for any damage to or misuse of property. Failure to comply will result in eviction as deemed necessary by management.
All 293 rooms including suites will be 100% non-smoking. In addition, all public areas will also be smoke free. The Gold Coasts only beachfront resort is proud to offer a refreshing smoke free environment to our guests. Take the Waterways Drive Exit and turn left at Seaworld Drive and enter the resort driveway.
From Brisbane International Airport:
Follow the M1 Highway south and take the Southport Exit #62.
Follow Smith Street and turn right onto GC Highway.
Cross Southport Bridge and turn left at Waterways Drive.
Turn left onto Seaworld Drive and proceed to the resort.
From South:
Take the Gold Coast Highway south through Biggera Waters, Labrador and Southport.
Cross Southport Bridge and turn left at Waterways Drive.
Turn left onto Seaworld Drive and proceed to the resort.

Photographic identification is required upon check in as well as a preuthorisation on a credit card or a cash deposit of $400 per night to cover incidental charges and unused funds will be returned upon departure.
