The hotel offers 142 rooms comprising of Deluxe King and Twin Rooms, Spa Rooms and Deluxe Suites. All rooms feature an LCD TV with select Foxtel channels, in-room safe, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, minibar, ironing facilities, bathrobes, slippers, and wired and wireless internet access (at a charge). Breakfast is served daily in "Sotto Restaurant", which is located within the hotel. Sotto offers an international cuisine to all diners for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

From Tullamarine Airport, take the Tullamarine Freeway to the city. Exit at Flemington Road. Turn right (south) to enter Elizabeth Street and turn right into Little Collins Street (after crossing Bourke street). The entrance to Causeway 353 Hotel is in Equitable Place.

The hotel requires the accommodation voucher upon arrival. A credit card pre-authorisation or refundable deposit of $50.00 is required upon check-in to cover incidentals during the guest's stay.

The hotel has an arrangement with Wilson's Galleria car park at the corner of Little Collins and Elizabeth Streets, as well as Wilson's car park at 200 Queen Street. Prior to exiting the car from the car park, guests are required to get their parking ticket validated at reception to receive the discount. Please contact the hotel for directions and cost.
